Editing video footage into fast selling clips is when the creative process begins.
Our
video conversion to digital footage will have cleaned up and corrected all the raw footage so

our editing service focuses solely on determining the best compositions - utilizing as much footage as possible.
Depending on client requirements it can be linear or non linear editing.
Usually editing work is taken from a single source but there can be situations when we compose clips with two or more video sources - for example when several cameras filmed the same subject from different angles.
Similarly some clip editing includes basic post-production manipulation: changing footage color levels or video “mode” or adding simple effects like basic retouching and
roto-scoping.
This latter is a large area of creative work and in particular searching and delivering more saleable footage. In the past we have clipped and improved the footage so much that the client could not believe the results came from his original video material.
The final part of the process is to
output files to the correct format for use.
In the simplest cases (linear editing without any post production) we add the clip name, description, start and end point; naturally we can incorporate more detail as necessary.
After output the creative director and video supervisor run Q&A checks to ensure full compliance with specifications.
