Property rights

Can I lease the footage library software system? 
We offer lease-purchase, not lease. This means you can buy the system over a fixed period of time, up to a maximum of 24 months. At the end of the period you pay a small administration fee and you are granted a licence in perpetuity.
It is a stipulation of the lease-purchase that we provide hosting during the lease-purchase period. We operate our hosting on a "never knowingly undersold" basis.

Can I make an outright buy of the system and software?
No. We sell our software as a licence for use in your normal course of business e.g. a Footage or Video or Image library. If you sell your business the licence is automatically reassigned. However, you may not sell the software or system on its own.
